DAO is the leading trading platform for the European dairy sector. My role was to increase the turnover of the platform by involving more parties. I was generally responsible for the team, budget and results.

DCA is the leading provider of information and risk management solutions for the agricultural sector in the Netherlands. I have led several projects, such as professionalizing the sales and Marketing department. Expand the range of services with price dashboards and indices and BMR-Benchmarks for agricultural goods. And the launch of a platform with which farmers can certify and sell the additional CO2 Carbon Dioxide that they sequester in their soil.

At retail chain HEMA I was the responsible director for all services including all HEMA photo products, new services (HEMA Academy, gift cards, telephony, B-to-B) and all financial products of HEMA Financial Services B.V.

Consis Academy is an innovative network organization that offers knowledge and modern online education for financial service providers. I was initially appointed to manage the takeover by acquiring company Nedec. I then became P/L responsible for Consis as director.

 NIBE-SVV, now part of NCOI, is the market leader in 'knowledge and training for financial service providers'. After a reorganization, I became responsible for setting up and managing the 'Financial Advice' market segment.

NBG is one of the largest financial chains of advisory firms for private individuals in the Netherlands. I was responsible for realizing the sales budget and managing the sales teams and the entire Marketing Process from (online) lead generation to the Customer Contact Centre and aftersales.

DSB Intermediairs brokered loans and insurance nationally through six advisory offices and a call centre. I was initially appointed to manage one of those offices during and after takeover. A year later, two more takeovers followed and I was appointed board member of the holding company.

The Financial Markets Authority (AFM) enforces the legal rules regarding the conduct of the financial sector. As a supervisor, I helped set up supervision of providers of investment objects.

Euronext organizes various stock exchanges in Amsterdam, Paris and London, among others. I was responsible for the AEX commodity futures market. Here I was responsible for sales and marketing, including information and training in the use of agricultural options and futures.

At the time, IRIS was the market leader in decision support and risk management systems for professional securities/derivatives trading. I have been a driving force in the growth of IRIS in a commercial role for more than five years.
