As a Program Coordinator with the JIBC Fire & Safety Division, responsible for:● the province-wide coordination, delivery and growth of emergency vehicle operations and driver training programs● collaborating with internal and external clients to ensure operational guidelines met industry standards and reflected best practices● developing and maintaining relationships with industry professionals and fire service peers to further organizational goals and objectives● program/curriculum development processes including: needs assessment, cost/budget analysis, forming program development teams, instructional design and evaluation● managing and providing leadership to a team of thirty instructors in the preparation, delivery and evaluation of a variety of courses
