Over 8 years experience working within the mining industry of Western Australia working as both a Carpenter and Site Supervisor on major camp installation and construction projects.Responsibilities include but not limit to: Coordinating, organising and overseeing the work on the project whilst out on siteEvaluating workmanship and qualityManaging subcontractorsMotivate crews to work to deadlines maintaining the highest level of safetyTracking material quantities to maintain programmeTaking necessary precautions to ensure safe working practisesFull understanding of scope and drawings Ability to manage and supervise multiple work teams ensuring deadlines are met
•Review construction drawingsRecord day works and identify out of scope works (variations) Ability to work independently or as part of a teamOrganising and pre plan daily operations Work to the highest standard of safety and influencing team members
