Job Description:1. Organizing the production process in a scientific, balanced and coordinated manner in the production field based on the production operation plan.2. Ensuring the process parameters are fine-tuned in a timely manner according to the requirements and conditions of the production operation and within the scope of the index requirements determined by the technical department to maximize the output rate.3. Discovering, analyzing and dealing with the problems in production within a timely manner to ensure the full completion of the production and operation plan.4. Archiving safety administration files related to the production operation such as work permits, job safety analysis, and heavy equipment daily inspection checklist.5. Responsible for filling in dispatch records and shift reports with truthfully recording the problems and handling situations that occur on the shift in accordance with regulations.6. Making the work schedule and work arrangement for all of the production department's heavy equipment.

Acquired full understanding of the High Pressure Acid Leaching (HPAL) technology from the raw material processing to producing Mixed Hydroxide Precipitate (MHP), nickel sulphate, and cobalt sulphate.3. Acquired a knowledge of making a work schedule and work arrangement for all of the production department's heavy equipment. 4. Ensuring the dispatch coordination system are highly centralized and unified, especially for the key links that affect production.
