This also drives improvements in intellectual capital management development and deployment providing a mechanism for capture and reuse of calibration knowledge, enhancing the on-boarding of new calibration personnel. In keeping with my diverse and historical simultaneous roles, also leading discussions and coordinating with external software vendors our commercial calibration laboratory requirements associated with migrating from our existing software installation to a new base of Laboratory Information Management and Calibration software.
