As a provider of software solutions for gastronomy and accomodation business, ASW is a main leader in its field. POS system called Septim is its key product, yet not the only one. The company also provides support for Android app PianoPoss and Protel, an accomodation software for hotels. Among ASW clients, big names as AMBI CZ s.r.o., Sodexo group or GTH catering a.s. can be found. I worked as IT support technician there. That basically means providing expert advices and technical support for software mentioned above, managment and servis of clients' databases, system optimalizations and electronic sales registration support. Basically, I was dealing with real-time situations and my goal was to find satisfying solution for my clients as fast as possible.
