Who would've thought a little girl from the Midwest who loved puzzles, time management games, and talking a lot would turn out to enjoy a career doing just that. Over my many years of working within and along side organizations, I have learned that not only do businesses need great plans of action, but couples with the right strategy, the entire organization could go far. Over the many years of my career I've managed projects large and small, fostered portfolios of up to 60 clients, helped establish business standards and process improvement initiatives, and even participated in team trainings. All with the same goal in mind; create and establish not only plans but solutions to problems. My current skillset includes many software platforms from Java, Oracle, Power BI and various CRM programs. I also have mastered valuable professional skills such as analytical and critical project planning, interdepartment culture building, client relationship management, and teaching and development.An ideal organization for me would be one that doesn't just foster their impact on their customer base, but also the impact they make on the community and the environment. An organization that believes in the value associated with diversity and inclusion initiatives. Also, an organization that takes into account the impact decisions have for the current state of affairs, but also the long term effects.
