As a Research Analyst Student, I have learned several new skills in the field of research methods to conduct data collection, analysis, visualization and reporting. I collaborated with faculty and staff to design surveys, collect data, and produce actionable insights for several projects. My research project analyzed the various services provided by the TTC over a period of five years and found the improvement areas to be worked on.Before pursuing my postgraduate degree, I worked as a Marketing & Sales Engineer at Al Ansari Trading Enterprise LLC, where I handled project proposals, negotiations, and closing of sales for engineering and construction projects. I also managed technical and commercial client meetings, project pricing, value engineering, and equipment selection. I developed and maintained relationships with potential and existing clients, and explored the market for new opportunities.I have a strong background in engineering and operations management, with previous experience as a Planning Engineer and an Assistant QC Engineer at Gulf Petrochemical Services & Trading LLC, and as a Senior Operations Executive at OYO. I have successfully executed my roles in the oil and gas industry, the hospitality industry, and the construction industry, demonstrating my versatility and adaptability to different domains and challenges.I am passionate about understanding consumer behaviour and leveraging it to increase sales and customer satisfaction for my clients. I have excellent research, analytical, and communication skills, and I am always eager to learn new things and apply them to real-world problems. My goal is to pursue a career that combines my interests and expertise in research, sales, and engineering.
