CFA Institute is a global membership and credentialing body for investment professionals. Currently, I am a relationship manager supporting 10 markets across Asia. My responsibilities include: - Serving as a consultant to regional stakeholders and managing relationships between regional partners and relevant internal departments to ensure client satisfaction- Developing and driving country market plans in alignment with CFA Institute’s global and regional strategies; monitoring execution of plans and recommending effective enhancements/solutions - Overseeing allocation of funding to regional partners to support their infrastructure, operational and strategic needs- Represent CFA Institute in outreach efforts to engage with external regulatory, industry and academic stakeholders - Supporting global/regional workgroups and providing relevant market intelligence to ensure successful rollout of organizational initiatives

SIF is a people diplomacy agency that aims to strengthen mutual understanding between Singaporean and world communities, and foster meaningful partnerships for positive social good. I oversaw SIF’s activities in India and Vietnam and was primarily responsible for: - Driving strategic country plans in alignment with SIF’s overall goals and objectives- Identifying and cultivating cross-cultural collaborations with local and overseas institutional partners in the fields of healthcare, education, arts and culture, and social entrepreneurship - Engaging with and maintaining strong relationships SIF’s programme alumni through overseas reconnection events - Co-managing the production of SIF’s signature publication “Singapore: Insights from the Inside Vol. III”– a collection of essays, illustrations and artworks commemorating Singapore’s 2018 chairmanship of ASEAN

The CNPL is the leadership consulting arm of the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (Singapore), and aims to support the nonprofit sector in nurturing a leadership pipeline. I was engaged as an ad hoc consultant by the CNPL to develop the following tools and resources for its stakeholders:- An onboarding guide to support new board members with board transition and orientation- A readiness self-assessment tool for non-profits boards

PMI is the world’s largest membership association and certification body for the project management profession. I oversaw the formation, development and maintenance of 20 PMI chapters across 11 countries in Asia Pacific. My key responsibilities included: - Developing and driving PMI’s regional business plans for membership and certification growth based on market research, business intelligence and forecasting - Cultivating strong partnerships with regional chapters to ensure alignment with PMI’s global strategy, and creating connectivity with PMI’s global programs/resources- Planning and facilitating annual volunteer development events to equip regional partners with operational resources and soft skills, and enable networking and collaboration with their international peers and PMI staff- Leading globally distributed teams to develop effective project plans and manage budgets and resources for global initiatives

I was part of the association management team servicing the Project Management Institute (PMI) account.
