The target become closer faster than we think. I’m passionate about being part of that awareness and individual process development, contributing by sharing my knowledge and experience. Travelling, feel the nature and be closed to new cultures and different ways of living and experiment this amazing Life are essentials for my learning, personal development and Happiness.This passion of getting the best of each person, starting with me, lead me to develop and training myself to become a Trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming (by co-creator John Grinder) and Expert in Body Language and micro expressions. I also developed my knowledge in Neurosciences and Neuroplasticity areas to better understand human behavior and emotions. Training in Conversational Intelligence® allowed myself to join both areas of coaching and neurosciences... all with the same purpose: understand human behavior.I believe that improving interpersonal skills, is the key to have the best efficiency and productivity in a team so I have also certified myself to be a meditation facilitator for adults and kids (if we start in young age is even better).One to one developing sessions are also my passion as well as developing teams in Corporate environment. Mentioning Judith Glaser "Words create Worlds" and it is fundamental to keep this mindset in Corporate environment.The major part of my professional career was made in multinational companies as Finance Manager in several companies and business models such as restaurants/franchising (McDonald’s), cosmetics (L’Oréal,…), industry components and shipping.I have been recognized and successful in developing teams, reorganize and innovate internal procedures/workflows and also developing local and international projects in finance and tax areas.I believe that having the analytical and detailed vein from finance, the assertiveness learned from multinational environments and the kindness, respect and empathy of working with people emotions I can make the difference in developing individuals and teams in the business environment.
