● Keeping track of all payments and expenditures ● Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances ● Collect overdue monies and timeously flag overdue accounts to relevant staff and management ● Preparation and posting /emailing invoices● Preparation and distribution of debtors statements● Distribution of debtors P.O.D’s ● Reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) on outstanding debts● Trade reference checks ● Microsoft Excel and Pastel Partner/Evolution● Liaising with Suppliers ● Prepare supplier recons ● Capturing and processing all supplier invoices and Debit’s on Sage ● Ensure all invoices and supporting documentation are complete and approved.
