- Oversaw the CSO support provided by USAID/ENGAGE in judicial, healthcare reform, gender equality, EU integration and local development spheres- Led 14 reform-related initiatives, accomplishing 14 policy changes- Ensured full cycle project implementation, developing plans, holding grantee orientation meetings, tracking delivery on milestones, providing technical consultations, conducting site visits and evaluating results- Convened and advised 2 informal CSO coalitions on judicial reform and supporting the ratification of the Istanbul Convention before 2019 elections in Ukraine. Successful advocacy resulted into keeping the Convention on the new Parliament’s agenda and adoption of legislative changes, ensuring relaunch of judicial self-governance in the country - Developed materials on policy development including policy memos on gender equality programming, judicial reform and healthcare reform, 3 applied political economy analyses, a discussion paper on civil society response to COVID-19, 2 advocacy strategies and numerous briefing notes. Peer reviewed and edited the analytics produced by team-members- Performed gender-mainstreaming audit for 11 national CSO grantees, providing capacity building recommendations for their Journey to Self-Reliance Roadmaps. Drafted 11 individual reports and a general Organizational Journey to Self-Reliance Report incorporating input from 4 other assessment teams- Consulted partners in the process of implementation of 9 advocacy and awareness-raising campaigns- Delivered over 10 presentations and trainings, presenting results of the research to Ukrainian CSO community- Facilitated learning within the organization, holding workshops on writing for policy development, anticorruption and judicial infrastructure in Ukraine- Assured quality of grantee reporting. As part of a team drafted annual and semi-annual reports to USAID- Assessed submitted grant proposals and participated in RFA and RFP selection committees

- Oversaw the activities of NGO-grantees in the implementation of their national initiatives, targeted at anti-corruption and constitutional reform. Led 9 projects implemented by 5 national CSO grantees- Wrote quarterly policy briefs on civil society anti-corruption and constitutional reform-related activities- Advised partners in implementation of 4 awareness-raising campaigns, including award-winning “She would not keep silent” and “Corruption must be spotted” by Transparency International Ukraine, "ConsitutiON" by the Centre of Policy and Legal Reform and "#WHATIF" by HAVAS- Oversaw the implementation of an advocacy campaign on compliance of 5 regional governments with provisions of the Law on Access to Public Information. As a result of project implementation, the level of government’s openness increased from 12% to 44% due to legislative changes adopted- Co-organized the first NGO-alley during GOGOL-Fest in Kyiv- Assisted the CSO-grantees in their advocacy efforts, outreach to citizens, organizational assessment and strategic planning- Assessed submitted grant proposals and narrative reports of grantees- Conducted 3 training sessions on project management and proposal writing to the representatives of Ukrainian CSO community- Presented “Corruption in Ukraine” research results to activists and media in Kramatorsk and Sumy

- Brought in over 700 000 USD in donor funding since September 2014- Managed the fundraising team, overseeing drafting of 4-5 proposals a week, including virtually as part of coalitions. Edited materials, produced by team members- Nurtured the capacities of the fundraising team, reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates for positions of Grant Managers, desigining and supervising learning activities and providing performance assessment- Developed more than 30 grant proposals for international donor organizations including but not limited to International Renaissance Foundation, Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, CIDA, European Commission, Freedom House, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Council of Europe and UNDP- Coordinated donor relations, including reporting, communication and negotiations- Conducted the self-evaluation of the organization in the framework of U-Media Project (supported by USAID though Internews Network); drafted the Organizational Development Plan for 2015-2016- Updated and implemented the Fundraising Strategy, created a comprehensive proposal writing database- Was in charge of fundraising for the organization. In this capacity nurtured capacities of the Grant Management team and adjacent units through training and strategic advice;- Introduced 4 new areas for organizational activity, including propaganda prevention, countering information warfare, media literacy in judicial sphere and highlighting European integration success stories among others- Developed budgets for new projects; together with financial management team produced budget projects- Provided Internews with analytical support on issues of democratization, media freedoms, and human rights (over 20 narrative reports, analytical briefs, and situational reports authored)- Facilitated 3 training sessions on fundraising and proposal writing to schoolteachers, media representatives and higher education professionals.

- Developed the methodology and conducted interviews with the leaders of 11 women’s rights NGOs from urban and rural Moldova, evaluating the level of results achievement of projects, supported by the International Women's Fund;- Drafted 11 success stories, highlighting the achievements of the initiatives, supported by the Fund.
