- Arranging meetings with prospects to understand their needs and present our solutions byconducting online demos and presentations to showcase the features &benifits.
- Following up with prospects who have shown interest ni our offerings, nuturing therelaionships, providing ongoing support and assistance to prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Collaborating with the other departments to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to client onboarding.
- Maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
