I worked in the M3S research unit and was affiliated with the Oxilate project where I conducted research on Digital Twin (DT) Ecosystems. The main aim of the research was to identify the possible stakeholders and their needs, the challenges and the possible solutions for these challenges when expanding from value chain level to ecosystem level. Data was gathered through systematic literature reviews and interviews with participants from European companies developing digital twins .

Worked as the Business analyst and Project Manager of the Market Backend team which had more that 8 members including senior tech lead, associate tech leads, software developers and senior QA engineer. Market Backend team is a critical team in the company which disseminates stock market data obtained from stock exchange data feeds to number of web and mobile applications while adding value to the data. The main tasks that I undertook includes, - Requirements gathering, analysis elicitation and analysis - Development of requirements specification documents- Coordination with internal (product teams) and external (stocker brokering firms) stakeholders regarding requirements gathering and deliveries- Working as the scrum master and related task including sprint planning, monitoring etc.- Analysis of reported bugs before routing for issue fixing- UAT testing of system functionalities - Release management and coordination with deployment teamHave experience in translating the requirements and liaising on deliveries of more than 15 different stock markets and number of stock brokering firms in MENA region and Asia region. Apart to this I have experience in implementation of CMMI guidelines and working process improvements within the team.

I worked in the John Keels Tea Department and during my tenure I carried out the following tasks.-Cash and inventory controls with use of SAP-Establishing bank reconciliations and compliance with monthly and annual-Inland revenue requirements (computation of VAT, NBT, Income taxes)-Handling payments to and from customers
