Handling various requirements from IT & Non-IT spaceStudy and analysis of the requirements received from clients.Handling Permanent recruitment.Handling Senior, Middle and Lower management Positions.Sourcing candidates using 1) Employee References 2) Portals (Monster, Naukri, Headhonchos) 3) Internal Database 4) Head Hunting.Sourcing, Screening the candidate's profile, according to the parameters, set by respective clients.Taking Preliminary interview through telephonic conversation and evaluate their profile, communication and overall fitment for the job.Processing the suitable profiles to the client.Scheduling interview for short-listed candidates with the client.Follow up on the interview status and update candidates on the same.Co-ordinating with candidates and client up to the process of final selection.Post selection follow-ups from the candidate is selected till his/her joining the organization.Follow up with the client regarding the joining of candidates and informing the client if any deviation on joining.Developing and maintaining a daily MIS database report on the basis of current and future requirements
