Searching candidates’ through job portals such as Naukri, 3rd party vendors, Independent consultants and execute various recruiting strategies etc. as per the job specification.Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities and other related information. Ability to handle volume recruiting in a fast paced with recruitment process, structured environment, adheres to strict deadlines.A keen communicator with the ability to relate to people across all hierarchical levels in the organisation.
