• Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing the profiles as per client’s specifications,• Screening the profiles and scheduling an interviews as per received slots.• Creating and attracting a pools of candidates by sending them bulk mail through the Naukri portal.• Handling first round of HR interview to assess the candidate's suitability, Attitude, Academic & professionalqualifications, experience, communication skills etc.• Taking the follow-up of the candidates and client till the offer release.• Developing and maintaining of database on the basis for immediate and future requirement.• Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.

• Understand Client Requirements and handled full recruitment life cycle in C2H & Permanent hiring.• Prepare bond of the candidates as per client’s requirements.• Resourcing manpower based on job specification through channels like internet, naukri.com, monster, networkingsite etc.• Initial screening of candidates & performance check.• Developing and maintaining of database on the basis for immediate and future requirement.• Handling first round of HR interview to assess the candidate's suitability, Attitude, Academic & professionalqualifications, experience, communication skills etc.• Schedule interview, Follow-up to the candidate, take feedback from both the client and the candidates till he/shejoined the organization.• Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.

• Manage employee life-cycle from on-boarding to exit.• Handled Recruitment from Junior to senior/management level i.e. Mechanical / Chemical Engineer, Jr. Engineer etc.• Generate Offer cum appointment letter by ensuring salary break-up.• Process salary by ensuring all necessary adjustments i.e. LOP, hold salary, add remark in system. (SPP)• Send pay slips to all employees.• Resolve employee’s queries by coordinate with them through phone calls/mails.• Process FNF.• Worked on investment declaration. Check all necessary documents/proofs as per given details. Add all this data insystem for further TDS calculation.
