Job Responsibilities :  Responsible for managing interface between program , project team and suppliers for a program with high complexity to achieve Program Objectives. Identify and consult suppliers, Manage supplier RFQ, Negotiate or participate in supplier negotiations and final choice of supplier. Follow direct performance during the program phase : Manage suppliers , compare costs with objectives, ensure quality during the program phase, respect delivery deadlines and ensure that the program phase reviews are supported within the framework of program Management System (PMS). Manage specific mandated suppliers , negotiate Engineering Change Requests (ECR).

Job Responsibilities : ● To be in charge of the sourcing , planning, scheduling & purchase of equipment/components for the organization. ● Responsible for sourcing plan, leading supplier selection and ensuring adherence to Procurement strategy , optimization in TCO (cost, quality, availability) in product for their full life cycle. ● Collaborating with Supplier Quality in the new supplier/component release process. ● Leading the planning and execution of multiple highly complex projects focused on improving supply base performance, quality and cost savings . ● Lead the implementation of cost down strategies focused on product. ● Monitor and execute plans according to project key metrics/targets, budgets and deliverables to ensure efficient operation of the project functions.

Job Responsibilities : • To develop, manage and co-ordinate the purchase , sourcing processes. To manage internal procurement requirements and activities. • To be in charge of the sourcing , planning, scheduling & purchase of equipment/components for the organization. • To identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous Improvement in the execution of procurement / purchase processes. ▪ Resolve all operational issues faced by vendors/subcontractors. ▪ Coordinating and following up of schedules, deadlines and delivery dates with supplier against released purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and continuity of production. ▪ Coordinating with planning department for material forecast and ensure stock inventory levels matched operation needs. ▪ Inventory management by Executing pull in (Reschedule In), Push out (Reschedule Out) and cancelation of POs for demand variation to avoid excess inventory and to reduce inventory handling charge. ▪ Responsible for new product development and vendor development. ▪ Coordinating with IQA(quality) team to resolve all quality related issues.

Job responsibilities: ▪ Responsible for sourcing , planning, scheduling & purchase of equipment/components for the organization. ▪ Negotiate on Quality, delivery lead time, pricing and payment terms with supplier. ▪ Responsible for Material Purchase Planning, Material Forecasting, Material Procurement, Control Inventory , Stores Inventory . ▪ Follow up with our finance department for timely payments of suppliers, vendors/ subcontractors, which help as a negotiation tool in future orders. ▪ Coordinate with Design Department, Production for getting approval of Design/Technical data for B/O items & QAP of customized product from customer.
