I am an established Test Manager, working on agile projects, who is a key member of the MoJ test team for a number of years. As a Test Manager I have gained valuable experience in analysing test data, communicating with different business divisions and sub coordinating teams as well as developing and executing complex test plans and cases. In addition, I am one of the main interfaces with the client and my positive and proactive approach has made a real difference, during test delivery for valuable projects. The clients both trust and rely on me to manage and prioritise defects in the sprint backlog on their behalf. I demonstrate increasing patience and ability when dealing with difficult situations and I am very capable, good to work with and take ownership and responsibility. I am good team member often filling in gaps, which I have spotted even if not my direct responsibility. In addition, I act as a mentor and provide knowledge transfer to new and existing members of the team.
