Currently working for Atos India Ltd, in the capacity of a Project Management Office (PMO) for the Global Tooling Deployment team.In this role, I am primarily responsible to manage the cost recoveries from projects using the software tools deployed by the tooling teams. Other than that, I am responsible for license management for few software tools, which involves timely renewal of the licenses and allotment of licenses to the projects. I also drive the initiatives chalked by the management to achieve delivery excellence.

Key Highlights> MIS reporting of SE Asian countries and Desk reporting.> Supporting the capital markets MIS team Asia region – Singapore.> Supporting the Singapore product profitability and financials.

Key Highlights> Preparing and Analysing of cost reports along with maintaining a tracker on a monthly basis for the Controllership team.> Coordinating with various locations for rent payable for all the facilities and processing the same in the SAP system. The job also includes accruing per US GAAP norms.> Prepaid amortization accounting and preparing various schedules pertaining to the same.> Assistance in submitting various management reports, which include P&L and Balance sheet schedules.> Provided assistance in resolving queries about FOREX issued to Employees.> Processing and Monitoring of Time Reports for the consulting division and submitting the productivity report to the partners on a fortnightly basis.> Preparing of Bank Reconciliation statements for all Bank Accounts.
