Major responsibilities:-Business Development: - Generating Business from existing as well as New Customer /enquiry generation.  Identifying and developing potential customers by achieving Business volume.  Scouting for new Agents / Representative worldwide to explore our Product worldwide. appointing Agents / Representative.  Co-ordinating with Company Agents for Generating Enquiries for upcoming projects in their regions.Customer Retention/ Satisfactiontracking upcoming projectsQuotation followup  Quotation follow-up and replying to the queries of customer by coordinating with Proposal team. Order Execution Sending the Purchase Orders to Manufacturing unit with all the relevant documents. Keeping track on Project orders under execution.  Follow-up with contract review for drawing, datasheets ( after receipt of P.O.)  Co-ordinating with Customers after submitting GA drawing for Manufacturing clearance. Also following up for Dispatch clearance after readiness of Material. Vendor Registration & Pre- Qualification  Documents control for major approvals worldwide. ( Major approvals done in ADNOC , BOROUGE , KOC , PDO , QP , FLUOR , EGAS , SABIC EGPC , PETROFAC , PETROJET , PETRONAS , PEMEX )
