Worked as a Web Developer/Designer on multiple challenging projects. Led a team of 4 people.

Performed the following responsibilities as part of this role - Monitored the user response to hundreds of designs using Google analytics before promoting the most popular cards daily/weekly resulting in an 83% increase in traffic.  Built a strong ecard template which was subsequently adopted by other teams in the company. Ecard development included wire framing, character look and animated interactivity within the card. Worked closely with the music team to ensure the sync of animated and non-animated cards with background music.
