Profile bio

About Reshma Trasi

I am a senior, seasoned executive leader working at the nexus of global health, innovation, data, design, quality improvement, and strategy for 25 years. I work with teams and organizations to understand their program data and strategic information, their contextual constraints, to actively problem solve by innovating, improving, or correcting course to support healthier communities around the world. In every role, I have bridged data, programs, and strategy to solve organizational and social problems. I have had the privilege of working in 12+ countries and providing advisory services to 20+ countries in Asia and Africa. I see myself as a 'deliberate generalist'. I have had the pleasure of learning from, and translating insights and evidence across disciplines, sectors, donors, and various levels of health and allied systems to address intractable global health and development problems. I am skilled in designing and engendering a learning, growth-minded, and creative problem-solving culture within teams and across organizations. In simple words, I help communities, teams and organizations to 'connect the dots' between what communities want and what organizations do; identify or design opportunities to examine why programs work or do not; help teams tweak, tinker, and innovate, or take innovations to scale; and explore if the program is making a difference, so we can make the program better for the communities with whom we work.

Listed skills include Gender, Capacity Building, Public Health, Reproductive Health, and 41 others.
