As a dedicated and proactive individual with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree, I am eager to contribute my knowledge to a customer support setting. My studies have provided foundation in computer science, and I am excited to apply my analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills to assist customers. Although it has been a long time since I worked professionally, my time as a homemaker has honed my critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, organizational and time management abilities.
