• Adhering to and supporting the adoption of the Clifford Chance Delivery Framework to support Projects from intake and initiation phase through to delivery and closure.• Assisting PMO manager with Project health RAGs;• Defining and updating the project management processes, best practice standards and governance;• Supporting standard management reporting processes and metrics by creating templates, tip sheets and other materials as required;• Assisting PMO manager with co-ordination of on-boarding activities for new joiners, on behalf of the Programme/Project Managers;• Supporting the team (PMO, Project Managers, Programme Managers) in the generation of report narratives or commentaries for various Stakeholder reports;• Updating and maintaining the overall Programme group's "Delivery Plan" with project managers on a monthly basis to map out the deliverables and timelines for each project;• Engaging directly with leadership to prepare materials for key forums and senior leadership meetings as requested/agreed by Programme Director and PMO Manager;• Facilitating the IT Funding Group process for new investments/ initiatives;• Providing project support to Project Managers by: • ensuring project plans are in place and updated frequently with resource utilisation; • coordinating and assisting on Project Board materials and stakeholder reporting; • monitoring projects against budgets, timelines and ensuring communication is transparent to senior stakeholders.• Overseeing the administrative activities carried out by the BRS (business research solutions) team. This includes: • monitoring purchase orders and invoicing requests; • creation of project SharePoint sites, management and access control; • new joiners induction activities; • weekly critical and noteworthy items reports consolidation and review; • Intranet site content editing and maintenance.
