Successful nomination as the first finance candidate for the Chairman Young Leadership Programme. The young leaders programme operates under the auspices of the AngloGold Ashanti Chairman, Sipho Pithyana. As part of the programme, Reshma was seconded to the Tanzania, Argentina and Continental Africa offices, with the opportunity to work in cross department areas, including Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics alongside company experts. At the end of the programme, the outcomes of the rotations were presented to the AngloGold Ashanti Executive team.
