As a Business Operations Manager, I work closely with business leaders across the world to provide them with knowledge, insights and best practices that will help deliver exceptional client service and market wins. Responsible for owning and delivering operations and strategic enablement support to the leadership and help operationalize the support delivery model. My role in the organization is as the EY Private Tax operations lead for India region. I work directly with the EY Private Tax India leaders assisting and supporting the team’s BD activities. My primary role is to explore leads for pursuits through our relationships, create and manage relationships with our tie-ups and alliances and coordinate all our market activities. Additionally, I am responsible for weekly reporting and the teams operational activities across locations in India.

I had been working closely with the senior members of the EMEIA Markets and Business Development team in delivering strategic projects and programs to respond to the needs of the business across EMEIA and execute the Markets agenda and priorities. In my role as the Markets Enablement coordinator, I have supported various workstreams including Operations, Industry Sector, Strategic Solutions, Digital and Geopolitics.My responsibilities in the team included:1. Contribute to overall strategy and identify areas of focus and review region dashboards to put forward insights 2. Design Area level dashboards and reports to identify commonalities and gaps across regions3. Consistently deliver on multiple and complex projects aligned to business priorities independently and convert them into actionable steps4. Work successfully with the relevant project manager to design and manage creation of project plans, including updating activities and reporting on deadlines, Markets led events and make recommendations where needed for process improvements5. Support the delivery of markets led initiatives and campaigns where necessary, working with the relevant regional stakeholders6. Monitor budgets for Markets priority projects and proactively escalate overruns to relevant project manager7. Work within the Offshore Markets team members to deliver content to deadlines as directed8. Own, maintain and update the relevant EMEIA Markets led SharePoint sites. Be the point of contact for changes and implement best practiceI had also been focusing my support on Sector Enablement, coordinating the activities surrounding the annual cycle of the EMEIA Market Segment leaders (MSL). In my capacity as the MSL workstream coordinator, I support the projects that run across the annual cycle of an MSL which include Market Segment Execution planning, MSL Assessment, Market Segment Alignment, Market Segment Structure Optimization and Alignment of reporting lines.

My responsibilities included:1. Working along with the Sales team in hand holding of accounts after sales2. Build relationship with corporate accounts and service accounts based on requirement3.
