I have 25 years of experience finance and accounting with specialization process transformation, audit and assurance, control and compliance. I qualified as a CA in 1994 and started my Career with Price Waterhouse Coopers. In my 14 years of association with PwC I worked as a statutory and internal audit manager ensuring compliance with pronounced GAAPs. I worked with Deloitte Audit GDC. and instrumental in transiting audit process to India.. My passion to work in different environment took me to East Africa. I worked with PKF International Nairobi as an Audit Director for local as well as multinational clients including NGOs.My footstep into outsourcing industry started with Capgemini as a Global Process Owner in R2R domain and Process Training Academy Lead in 2014. Post that I have worked with Genpact and currently working as a Transformation Lead for multiple accounts in IBM.My work has given me an opportunity to travel to different countries across globe and interact with people with different culture and each interaction has brought new learning for me.
