Reported to the Group Risk Manager.- Involved in the maintenance and review of the group risk register, site-specific risk registers, annual risk assessment workshops and quarterly reporting to Executive Management as well as Risk and Audit Committees. - Managed the enterprise risk management software system utilized across the group and was the technical intermediary between site-specific internal risk champions and external consultants. - Embedded the risk management methodology throughout the group by providing continuous training to current and new site-specific internal risk champions. - Involved in the updating of company-wide policies and procedures using SAP.- Supported the General Manager for Group Finance at monthly executive meetings with finance managers from 20 mining and smelting operations. - Seconded on occasion to the Group Internal Audit department to assist on a series of company-wide audits.- Coordinated the resolution of audit findings.
