- Provides prompt and courteous service responses to routine customer enquiries.- Performs maintenance, repairs and Module replacement.- Assists in site preparation including parts installation, staging and standard equipment.- Maintains parts inventory and related records.

- Performing various types of testing such as usability, Unit, end-to-end, regression, integration and system testing on software applications.- Tracing defect management from discovery to resolution and record/report failure as per priority and severity.- Reviewing and Analysing System requirements, Test scenarios, Test Scripts and Test Design.- Plan, create and execute test cases for all assigned projects.- Complete technical testing requirements as necessary e.g. smoke testing, regression testing.

Testingfor both correct functionality and fit to the purpose operability of new andexisting features.
