Leveraging assets, inspiring leadership, educating for innovation, and achieving a collective sustainable vision through the implementation of the Resilience Framework (Busch 2014). Evolution of the Resilience Framework: In 2014 I was fortunate to have been welcomed into Barrio Promesa, a neighborhood of Phoenix, Arizona, to complete research toward the doctorate which coalesced the Civil Resilience Framework. This first iteration weaves community-school partnerships, public-private-nonprofit network governance, and servant leadership in a critique of policy implementation envisioning inclusive and sustainable institutions. The model has evolved into the Resilience Framework applied as action research in various settings: individual development, professional learning circles, community, and organizational system development.
