Kerri and I were proud partners in a second location of The Little Gym. We formed Resing Gymnastics AH, LLC and purchased this franchise license from the previous owners in May 2011. We relocated to a brand new facility in December 2011. As a managing member, I was responsible for negotiations, legal, construction and real estate contracts. Kerri and I worked together on the sale and were happy to transfer the license to a new owner in September 2018.
