HP3 is a mentoring program that specializes in helping other Periodontal practices around the country to build their practice on a solid business foundation. We do this by enhancing and challenging their entrepreneurial mindset and assisting them in creating a solid foundation for their business to build off of. My role on the team is to guide the business in creating a team member role that oversees all marketing and public relations endeavors. I support team members and doctors by providing them with out-of -the-box solutions to the unique challenges they face when marketing to the public and dental community at large. Inspiring others to be the best they can be in creating their unique brand and bringing awareness to that brand through a multitude of vehicles, is my main focus for individual Marketing Coordinators in the practice.
