Job responsibilities included:-Verify all of the paid, pre-recorded and live programming components are played as scheduled. -Play music, commercials and public-service announcements. -Produce a variety of business, sports and general talk shows. -Answers the listener phone lines and in general ensure the quality of the broadcast. -Aired many live on location events from the station.

At Spoke TV, I anchored, filmed, and produced weekly local television news features from around the community, occasionally directed the newsroom and planned weekly line-ups.

As a News Reporter at CJIQ, I researched relevant topics, contacted and interviewed important sources, created notes and audio recordings, produced and voiced reports and submitted stories in appropriate broadcast format for live locally aired radio.
