Essential Responsibilities • Forming and leading committees and task forces.• Leading interactive idea generation dialogue with key DSC groups including key leaders within the Dr. Sickle Cell Administrative Board and Marketing.• Leading on issues such as board development, mentoring and conducting annual board member evaluations. • Establish an effective internal operating rhythm and partnership with Dr. Sickle Cell counterparts and Governmental organizations as well as regional healthcare organizations and stakeholders to define the strategy for addressing the burden of Sickle Cell in Nigeria and Africa.• Overseeing ad hoc committees that work on policy development. • Implementing strategies based on organization structure and operations.• Liaise with the Government on developments for Sickle Cell Disease in Nigeria and Africa. • Partnerships & Business Operations.

Essential Responsibilities • Provide commercial leadership for the Africa region of the Sickle Cell Community with cross-functional teams to facilitate impact-driven collaborations with the Government.• Develop proposals and lead engagements pertaining to prospects needs and structuring solutions Pipeline and region management as well as financial estimates and projections.• Establish team goals, lead evaluations and manage the team’s overall performance and development.• Plan and Coordinate Project on behalf of Dr. Sickle Cell Centre for SCD• Public Relations and Communications.
