• Provide administration of document management systems.• Manage the updating, filling, and distribution of the company quality system documentation.• Notifying the involved parties for tracking appropriate action on the pending documents.• Create transmittals.• Maintain engineering documents, including archive and storage of all project documents.• Accomplished the final documentation within the designated timeline until project finish on time.

• Coordinate with the vendor company, department team, and project control management, HSE team, GA team, regarding the schedule of mobilization and demobilization vendor supervisors for pre-commissioning.• Coordinate with the vendor company, department team, project control management, HSE team, GA team, regarding the detail plan activity, site preparation activity for pre-commissioning.• Prepare the SAT engineering document procedures preparation for pre-commissioning.• Manage the daily report and final report during vendor visits.• Inform the accommodation and transportation during vendor visits to the site.• Manage the preparation vendor supervisor safety before visit the site (the schedule of HSE Induction, Incident & Injury Free (IIF), Permit To Work (PTW), safety training, PPE).
