Joe Restivo is a two-time exiting entrepreneur who focuses on building, growing, and leading world-class operation teams. As RISC Zero's SVP of Operations, Joe is responsible for organization-wide operational excellence and equipping the web3 firm for scale. Previously, Joe has overseen ops for two cybersecurity startups, Deja vu Security and Peach Tech, both of which were subsequently acquired by Accenture and GitLab, respectively. Joe holds a Leadership and Executive Master of Business Administration from the Center for Leadership Formation within Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University where he also serves as an adjunct professor on Managing Organizational Risk.
