CurrentThe recent achievement:Application item restore on Linux reached feature complete state just in time!This milestone encapsulates a suite significant victories:● expansion into Linux RHEL/Rocky(PS and restore server side is working on Linux - deb/rpm)● strategic move to NET(the whole codebase is on NET 8 now)● big switch to gRPC(hello modern communication)● enhanced authentication/security● PS 7 supportResponsibilities:● Successfully leading an international team of 5 developers, driving productivityand fostering a collaborative work environment.● Managing and delivering multiple features, showcasing strong multitasking andproject management abilities.● Recruiting new team members, as well as firing individuals not meetingexpectations.● Management responsibilities - conducting interviews, discussing feature requests,planning team’s schedule, arranging and conducting all variety of meetings(from 1to 1, retrospective, triage, common meetings) and reporting results to director.● Prototyping interaction between components involved into provided solutions.● Crafting the design and architecture of software products as well as overseeingand controlling their implementation.● Implementing application item level restore for MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL,MongoDB, SapHana, Sharepoint, MS OneDrive, MS Exchange, Active Directory.● Developing application logic using C#, MVVM pattern and WPF technology.● Working with virtual machines.● Implementing windows/linux services.● Creating setup projects(.msi/.msm/.deb/.rpm).● Actively involved in improving the software supply chain, implementing strategiesto optimize workflow, reduce technical debt, and increase speed to production.
