CurrentAs the Lead Product Manager for Mekari Officeless, I am responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our cutting-edge platform that empowers users to build and automate business solutions without requiring technical coding skills.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and development cycle for the Officeless No Code platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver innovative features and enhancements.- Oversee user research, product validation, and feedback loops to ensure a user-centric approach to product development.- Identify market trends and customer pain points to define new opportunities and ensure the platform stays ahead in the competitive landscape.- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product features, from concept through to release and iteration, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.- Monitor product performance through data analysis and metrics, using insights to inform product decisions and optimize user experiences.- Foster an agile product management culture, focusing on continuous improvement and adaptability to rapidly changing markets.
