Indigo Game Startup Incubation (IGSI) is a incubation program for game development startups. The aim of this program is to build a sustainable game industry ecosystem in Indonesia. Through this program, we train new talents, give mentoring support, resources, and investment for game development startups. We also provide online courses on game development.As a program director, my main jobs are:- create and execute program plans,- lead the incubator management team- recruit new startups suitable for incubation program,- direct startups on developing games with product mindset.

Shipped mobile games. Involved on preproduction, production, and live ops stage.Main project: Memories: My Story, My Choice.A female focussed mobile otome visual novel platform, globally released with over 1 million downloads.

Bridging communication between clients and game development teams. Monitoring progress and creating reports.

Lead the team to deliver a game on time, on budget, and with the best quality. Ship PC, mobile, and web games with various genres; including: simulation, visual novel, karaoke, and dancing games.
