Battery Development R&D CenterResponsibilities:• Designing mechanical components of the Li-Ion Battery Packs with a focus on safety and reliability objectives for development of functionally safe lithium ion battery systems.• Developing designs that meet the required mechanical, electrical and thermal properties specific to the lithium-ion battery system.• Performing hand calculations and first principle analysis of designs followed by optimization in FEA software packages.• Developing mechanical parts (cell-module-pack, cooling/heating systems, etc.) for battery systems with a start-to-finish from requirements to design, development, verification, and prototype manufacturing.• Analyzing test data and reports to determine if the design meets functional and performance requirements.• Communicating and managing the subcontractors, together with purchasing & project management team.• Working with testing, integration and quality teams to ensure performance requirements are met at the system level.• Participating in design reviews to ensure cross functional alignment and solicit feedback.Projects:• Modular Battery Pack Mechanical Design with Prismatic and Cylindrical LFP Cells• E-Bike and E-Scooter Battery Pack Design• Telecommunication 48V 100AH Lithium-Iron-Phosphate (LiFePO4) Battery Design

Engineering Management• In order to provide a solution to the ongoing fire problems in the Global World, a fire extinguishing kit with a water capacity of 20 tons has been designed to be used on the Airbus A400M Atlas aircraft. All mechanical design, development and analysis stages required for the production of the project have been completed.• Configurations were studied for the aircraft specified within the scope of the project: fire extinguishing kits with 10 tons of water capacity to be used on the Lockheed C-130J Hercules aircraft, 5 tons of water capacity to be used on the CASA C-295 aircraft, and 3 tons of water capacity to be used on the CASA CN 235 aircraft were designed.• Industrial designs of 8-seat VIP and 12-seat IP versions of Mil Mi-17 Helicopter were made. All parts of the helicopter that were disassembled during the conversion were redesigned and the production process was followed. Agreements were made with suppliers and manufacturers for the reproduction of Insulation Blankets.• Turkish Light Utility Helicopter Program - Helicopter Air Ambulance Configuration

Project and Design DepartmentConcept 3D printer and laser cutting machine designs were made and produced for the company's own brand. In addition, some customer-oriented projects were carried out.
