Responsible for the design, development and implementation of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, including ETL "back office" functions, and visualisation/consumption/presentation thereof. I lead and mentor a small team of skilled BI specialists and we support corporate and operational policing units.I am responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of the Corporate Performance Measurement system COMPASS, an in-house developed system covering a myriad of policing and corporate performance indicators that draws data from many internal systems.My team and I are also responsible for the development and delivery of the Operational Data Hub, a NoSQL environment (MarkLogic) for integration of operational policing information in near real time.

Responsible for the Y2K Certification of many disparate corporate and technical engineering systems used by EnergyAustralia. Certification included analysis and the design and build of equivalent systems for destructive testing of Y2K compliance.
