Handling correspondences with authors, editors and reviewers to ensure a smooth work flow.1. Raise Editorial Screening concerns to the Editors and follow up on the raised comments thatwere sent to the authors by the Editorial Quality System (EQS)2. Make sure that approved manuscripts are auto assigned to the appropriate Editors or referto the Publishing Editor to assign Editors manually3. Follow up on the editorial workflow at all stages to ensure timely completion of the process4. Act as a liaison between authors, editors and reviewers during the whole review process5. Act as a liaison between authors of accepted manuscripts and production unit in order toensure receiving all materials required to proceed with the production cycle6. Check the submitted review reports to find any recommended citations, any offensivewords, or any other major concern and update it before being delivered to the authors7. Check rejection comments, in case of direct rejection, to verify the rejection reason.8. Work collaboratively with the Editorial Quality Assurance team in order to ensure that themanuscript and its review process adhere to the journal’s guidelines and policies9. Work collaboratively with Special Issues team in order to handle all cases related tolaunched Special Issues10. Work collaboratively with Information Technology Department in order to resolvecomplaints of all users

. Preparing, purchasing, postponing or cancelling electricity or chemistry related tenders.. Preparing all the needed Supplier Registry documents.. Screening CVs and interviewing candidates through the phone and providing the manager with the feedback.
