As a seasoned professional, my area of expertise with municipal economic development projects means I've facilitated new commercial development totaling more than 10 million sq. ft. with more than $500 million dollars in total value, resulting in city sales tax and an ad valorem base of more than triple what it was. Retail Attractions has helped cities launch millions of sq.ft. of additional retail space and reaped the associated benefits of additional revenues, added goods and services for their citizens, and a greatly improved quality of life in many communities. I've developed an extensive personal network of relationships in government relations, retail, restaurant, and land development, real estate and site selection, leasing and tenanting, engineering, and creative financing and incentives to expedite the success of public / private partnerships for development projects. My organization has partnered with over 507 communities across the country (39 states). Directly, we've been contracted by City, Chamber or EDC professionals to determine market strengths and weaknesses and to recruit retail, restaurant, office, and mixed use (including medical, residential, and multi-family) development in their community.
