Key achievements and responsibilities included:• Following a department restructure, assisted with implementation of new central marketing team, ensuring success and business continuity; whilst also helping to promote best practice and ensure the team fully understand their individual roles and the team’s joint goals• Management and implementation of new workstreams to improve efficiencies in the Marketing Services Team and integrating wider business departments• Development of internal service level agreements for the Marketing Services Team to manage quality of service provision to the business • Improved effectiveness of firm’s e-marketing campaigns to allow proactive marketing, including cross selling across business areas• Production of a monthly statistics report and subsequent liaison with relevant partners to ascertain each team’s business performance. This information was vital for the Partners to make strategic business decisions.• Responsible for the day to day management for Irwin Mitchell’s main website, and microsites using Sharepoint website content management systems.
