CurrentPrepare and issue of QHSE Manual, QHSE Policy, IMS Procedure, Forms, Work Instructions and Duties & Responsibilities as per the Organization requirement in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standard. Preparation and issue of LEED,ESTIDAMA&GSAS documents as per the project requirements. Responsible for maintain the Master Copy of IMS Documents, Manuals, QHSE System Procedures and update changes as required by time to time and issue controlled copies to individual departments. Educate staff and workers about the quality, safety and Environment system requirements by giving them proper training. Prepare Audit Plan, Audit Schedule and execute Internal Audit. Report periodically about the performance of all departments and if any need improvement to top management and follow up with actions taken in the Management Review Meeting Co-ordinate with client representatives or third party QC Inspectors in plant inspection activities if required for the assembled materials and give instruction for packing of approved materials as per the customer requirement. Visit project site to evaluate the safety and quality system process and monitor the implemented project documentation. Co-ordinate with Project team and main contractor QC department for quality related issues. Conduct quality inspections at supplier or sub-contractor premises as per the project requirement and prepare detailed reports. Prepare issue and follow up with Product as well as Process NCR and make sure corrective action taken for all reported NCR’s with detailed records. Co-ordinate with third party certification services or auditors for external audit and ensure all the implemented international standard practices are following as per the system requirement. Follow up and investigate reported Non-conformity in third party certification audits and initiate corrective action to close the NCR within the time frame.
