 Accountable for overall maintenance of tag population and asset register build-up as well as up-dating P&ID. Looking after the preparation of asset register build inclusive of:Creation of asset registers in excel to an agreed format, level of detail and quality Site datas for 11 & 33KV OHL Network for Oil wells. Digital photographing and uploading files for asset registers post approval in a provided template. Sorting and recording of existing technical documentation. Hand drawn sketches (where P&ID are not available) to facilitate creation of asset register excel sheet. Ensuring proper documentation for Spare Register Build inclusive of:Identification/analysis of critical equipment and associated spare parts. Providing criticality status to such equipment as per Tatweer directions. Establishing and recording common equipment used across the sites with a view to preparing rationalization for holding unit replacements and spare parts. Identification / preparation of BOM’s and recommended spares for selected existing and new equipment, where necessary contact equipment suppliers for spare information. Maintenance / spare strategy documents. Creating caar forms for new items to be cataloged. Physical verification of received spare parts, if needed. Proactively carrying out the site visits with other Tatweer personnel to the onshore oil and gas facilities. Monitoring the preparation of equipment performance standards. Handling recommendation of suitable conditioning techniques and creation of data collection parameters / routes. Conducting the review of existing equipment maintenance instructions, making improvements as required.

 In charge for the quality assurance/quality control in relevant to construction disciplines, ensuring control site surveillance, inspection and test according to approved ITP. Responsible for all field quality verification and inspection of E&I activities such as installation of Switchgears, MCC’s, Control Panels, Panelboards, Junction Boxes, lighting fixtures, outlets, earthing, cable trays/ladders, conduits, cables laying/glanding/termination, impulse/air tubing and associated fittings, Instruments PT, TT, FT, LT ..etc. Preparation of technical query as per site requirements. Implementation and monitor construction work flow in accordance with approved plans and standard specification. Interpret different electrical/instrumentation drawings, review & check to field installation in verification of quantity installed. Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) functions for all parts of works, including vendors, manufacturers and supplier’s works as specified in the Contractor Quality Manual and approved Quality Plans. Review of Work plans & initial reviews of construction scopes to assure adequate quality verifications are identified. Completion of a daily QC report and all required inspection documentation. Promptly report and document in all instances of non-conformance. Ensure that all installation is in accordance with project requirements. Coordinate and perform surveillance activities as required of on-going work operations. Prepare inspection reports with regards to turnover documentation such that all are in accordance with the project specification, applicable codes. Coordination with area supervision and field engineering as necessary to provide inspection in support of ongoing construction activities. Coordination of inspection and verification activities as directed by the Field Quality Control Manager. Maintaining the quality standards as per client demands and QC department.

 Responsible for trouble shooting in field generators Caterpillar made. Daily monitoring of Turbine generator control panels & switch gears up to 11 KV. Preventive Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly maintenance of Gas Turbines. Carried out repair and maintenance of various types of Induction motors, measuring the Insulation Resistance and winding resistance of the motor with 5KV Megger.  Preventive Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly maintenance of Transformers up to 2000 KVA. Carried out weekly test run of black start generators. Updating daily records, reporting activities. Arranging field daily reports to field engineers and team leaders. Experience in diagnosis fault rectification of electrical equipments and associated control circuits, auxiliaries including routine and preventive maintenance of electrical equipments used in Oil and Gas Industry.
