- Manage Distributor Company of Unilever- Push sales growth in the assigned area by ensuring perfect distribution (effective coverage), visibility and effective use of promotion schemes- Manage sales team of distributor company- Recruit and train sales team- Field work in the markets when coaching salesmen, check and push their performance - Coordinate between the distributor company and Unilever Cambodia- Do Sales Analysis to review the business growth- Build and maintain relationship with traders

- Advertising: design/printing, develop advertising spot, and advertising management- Online Marketing: managing Facebook –post, develop ads/app on FB- Promotion/Campaign: develop/control all regular and occasional promotions or campaigns.- Business development: develop merchandises for sale- Marketing Management: control stock of all marketing materials- Communication/Publicity: develop proposal for sponsorship, negotiation for partnership, press conference- Understanding of Rkeeper System: observe and analyze the effectiveness of promotions/campaign and advertising through the figure of sale
