Firstly i joined as an product expert in Byju's where i used to intearct with people in explaining the usage also sorting out their issues whether it is related to technical or logistics or retention whatever it is, i also used to communicate with training team and make good changes in the product so that people can understand and make a use of it easily, also i acted as renewal specialist where i used to renew the ppl whose nurturing period is about to over ,so i worked as mentor , product expert, renewal expert in byjus which taught me many things like communication, pitching benefits of product and convincing people ,also patience for understanding their queries and sorting them out and also using tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, one desk and Microsoft excel so after all these hardwork for 3 years i got an offer as key account manager in zomato where i take care of zomato onboarded restaurants in machilipatnam, gudivada and narsapur.
