Reto Ammann is since 2005 main owner, President and CEO of SBW Haus des Lernens, apart from about 18 months, where Seelab and Brunnegg Idea, two new companies he have been founded. Under his leadership, the educational company was ultimately given a holding and professional structure and developed in a coaching and educational institution. Over the last years, he was directly involved in setting up to twenty new companies like schools /service unities under management or control of him. The company SBW Haus des Lernens is designed for agility and self-organisation and self-optimisation. What young people and children should learn in the future, the organisation itself should also live. Originally Reto Ammann qualified as a teacher (studies at PHTG in Thurgau) and graduated in business administration (St. Gallen University /HSG). Prior to his work in education, he had a leading operational function (CEO) in a large Swiss NGO and worked for a business and communication consultancy firm.Reto Ammann is interested in using lateral thinking or creative links to find new ways of doing things, assisting in the decision-making process and implementing them in entrepreneurial terms.
